This
afternoon, my husband and I were at our church for a youth function. When we arrived
there, a stranger was working on tidying up the walk around the property. We asked
him why he was doing this; no one from the church had hired him. He said his parents
had previously lived across the road, and he had noticed that serious edging needed
to be done along Parish Avenue. So he proceeded to do it.
I
can't stop thinking about this kind act on his part, requiring no thanks nor acknowledgement
from us. We asked if was affiliated with any religious group and he touched his
heart and said ''No. It comes from here''.
